The Reality is that 90% of the (Church in US (i.e.) the Holy Spirit in YOU)

is not called to be a "Pastor" or "on the Music-Worship Team" in the "Church in the little box mentality", in fact God has called Apostles to Business,Government,Education & Entertainment .
These are positions of CULTURE INFLUENCE and usually Biblically, the Man called by God,is positioned
BESIDE the MAJOR PERSON OF INFLUENCE
Example : Joseph & Daniel  .
You carry the "Anointing" like a BUBBLE AROUND YOU and God Sends you on an Assignment or mission  according to the VISION he has planted in your Heart .
The  trouble with the "Church in the little Box mentality " is that it has completely missed the point .

The point being Acts 1:8  
"you will recieve POWER" 

POWER TO DO WHAT ?
Unfortunately the "Church in the little box mentality" will do everything within its power to :
(1)

SQUASH YOUR GOD GIVEN VISION & DREAMS 
(2)
Make you subtlety disempowered
,via 'emotional' 'spiritual dependency' and gradually pull you into their 'small minded' going nowhere 'church in a little box mentality'
where the 'pastor' is the only person who
'hears from God' and the 'structure or system' is 'stifling' and 'relidiously beaucratic' with 'very subtle power & Control'
disguised as 'being spiritual'
YOU WHO ARE SUPPOSE TO BE 'EMPOWERED' by the Holy Ghost are DISEMPOWERED
and reduced to a 'pew sitter' and a 'social church adgenda addict' 
WHY IS THIS ?
The 'Church in a Little Box mentality' does not recognize the Role of the Apostle,Prophet or Evangelist as the overseeing components of the correct Church structure according to Ephesians 4:11.
yes they will talk about it and read it from the Bible but 'heaven forbid' if they will impliment it.
The reason why the majority of Western Churches are 'GOING NOWHERE' up to and including 2015, is the
WRONG BIBLICAL MODEL IS IN FORCE  .
(Mind you that is about to CHANGE DRAMATICALLY STARTING 2016 "GOD WILL PURGE HIS CHURCH")
Jesus's Model was to EMPOWER YOU (Act 1:8) and then for you "TO MAKE DISIPLES OF ALL NATIONS" Mathew 28:18-20 
(This is not to say that for about 5 years after being 'born again' you do not serve an 'apprenticeship' in the local church), but this 'apprenticeship' is not suppose to go on for 25 years or a lifetime of achieving almost NO IMPACT IN THE WORLD.
In fact the very words of Jesus gives us our BIGGEST ASSIGNMENT and that is :
"THY KINGDOM COME" Mathew 6:9-13
JESUS'S PLAN WAS TO EMPOWER YOU ...YES YOU... AND THEN "GO YE" not "STAGNATE THEE"
The REALITY IS THAT 90% of CHRISTIANS ARE NOT ....I REPEAT ....NOT CALLED to BE "A PASTOR" or on the "Worship team"
90% of CHRISTIANS are called by God to impact the WORLD i.e. their WORK PLACE ,CAREER'S,and carry the 'anointing' in a 'HOLY SPIRIT BUBBLE' and then 'UNPACK THAT HOLY SPIRIT INFLUENCE ' IN YOUR MISSION FIELD.
You could be a Cleaner,Doctor,Airline Pilot,Fitness Trainer,Nurse,Engineer,or Land Developer , or Like Jesus 'a Tradie'
your MISSION either Covertly or Overtly is:
TO CLAIM BACK TERRITORY OF THE KINGDOM "THY KINGDOM COME"

HOW DO YOU DO THIS ?

For Years the "church in a Little Box mentality" has been 'Expert' at 'SQUASHING PEOPLES GOD GIVEN VISION AND DREAMS" reducing them to the 'dependency mentality' instead of the 'empowerment 'ACTS 1:8 ' mentality and there is no other reason other then 'power & control ' over YOU as subtle as that may be .
(Exception: there are some very Good 'teaching ministeries' who understand what I am talking about here,
but unfortunalely they are in the minority)
Just like Joseph's brothers they 'couldn't SEE the BIG PICTURE and did EVERYTHING THEY COULD TO 'KILL' JOSEPHS VISION FROM GOD 
little did they know that God had different plans and through Joseph SAVED THE NATION of ISRAEL.
in 2002 I had a prophecy over me as the "APOSTLE TO BUSINESS"  and at the time the prophet could not understand the VISION with his 'mind' he kept saying' "WHAT HAS THIS TO DO WITH CHURCH ? "  

And the Answer is NOTHING TO DO with the 'Church in the little box concept' 
BUT JESUS IS MASTER OF THIS WORLD and THE NEXT so its the BIG PICTURE of "THY KINGDOME COME"
