I have been saying this for the last 20 years and then I saw the work of Lance Wallnau of http://lancewallnau.com/  
 GREAT SOMEBODY who was on the EXACT SAME PAGE as I was for over 20 years .
As a business man and professional Health & Fitness expert I have always compared the Church process to the Business process 

and since I formerly owned a Health centre with over 2,000 members I understand the dynamics of the 'Sheep' mentality and how people generally 'just follow the crowd'.
The Church has been "locked in" or "boxed in' to "Religious mode" 
With a Focus totally on 'Souls" and "the Harvest" while this is important there is a fundemental BIG GAP and a BIG MISTAKE by the CHURCH (see the video below by Lance Wallnau), and that is:
Jesus's focus was not only on "Souls" BUT "DISCIPLESHIP"
(The CHURCH has FOCUSED on the PREACHING(Souls,harvest,missions Spiritual Sales department side of the Equation BUT the Right hand side of the Equation has beeen 'missing in action' and that is the Discipleship/teaching/transformation of Nations Kingdom Building part of the Equation)
in Business Terms.
SALES without SERVICE and CONSOLIDATION = 70 to 90 % Drop out rate 
SALES + Service+Teaching/mentoring/consolidation/genuine relationship building = 90% RETENTION RATE = TRANSFORMATION 
Unfortunatly the Western CHURCH model has focused on the 'Bums on seats' 'Mega Churches' forgeting the basic principal that
'WE ARE THE CHURCH' and the simple 'personal one to one discipling process'
is what will
TRANSFORM one Person at a Time leading to one NATION at a TIME

I TOTALLY AGREE 100% with EVERYTHING Lance Wallnau is saying thank GOD a man who is finally
PUTS IT ALL TOGETHER IN REAL TERMS FOR 2016.
Over the last 20 years the word I have for the Existing Church is:
"FRUSTRATION" in their pardigm of thinking.
As Lance Wallnau explaines the CHURCH has been focused on "Souls and the HARVEST" 
(Yes I am Gratefull to the Lord for saving my soul and I am secure in "Heavenly Places" with the Lord already 'BUT' what about the TIMELINE between NOW and JESUS RETURN and or When we pass on to the next diamension? 
What about the Journey between being BORN AGAIN ON THIS EARTH and our eventual destination HEAVEN?
What about (in my case) about all the prophetic words over my life about being the "Apostle to Business" and "Deuteronomy 8:18" being quoted my several Prophets of God?
This is obviously an "Anointing' outside of the Church/Religious BOX or Paradigm Mindset.
We know that all the Babaylonian System is reaching CRITICAL MASS in Corruption and SIN and ULTIMATELY this will IMPLODE because there is ABSOLUTELY NO INTEGRITY IN THE BABYLONIAN SYSTEM 
(Justs smoke and mirrors Lies and deception,exploitation,and DEBT SLAVERY)
WHY IS THAT ? 
BECAUSE THE INTEGRITY OF GOD'S WORD HAS BEEN ALMOST ELIMINATED FROM THE WORLDS SYSTEM 
DUE TO THE CHURCH LIVING IN A BOX !
As Lance Wallnau states in his seminars:
JESUS COMMANDED US TO TRANSFORM NATIONS and MAKE DISCIPLES! (Mat 28:18-20)
(How can you transform anything when you are LOCKED IN THE BOX?)
ITS TIME 2016 TO "BREAK LOOSE " GET OUT OF THE "BOX"

 As I have always said the
'SALES DEPARTMENT"(Souls +Harvest+Missions) of the CHURCH IN THE BOX is totally devoid of  DISCIPLESHIP and the MENTORING
in the REAL WORLD and the CHURCH'S INFLUENCE  has been all but "MISSING IN ACTION".
Just as Lance Wallnau states that the 'CHURCH IN THE BOX' is praying for "REVIVAL" and FOCUSING UPWARD TO THE LORD
(and YES THIS IS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY TO BE PRAYED UP AND HEARING VERY CLEAR FROM THE LORD and SEEKING HIS FACE & "BLUEPRINT" but the 'CHURCH IN THE BOX 'STOPS THERE:
Whereas the "Church in a Box" is the "DEALERSHIP" of the "KINGDOM of GOD" with the
"KEYS" to "BIND HELL and LOOSEN HEAVEN SO THAT "THY KINGDOM COME & GOD'S WILL BE DONE"
(Mat 16:19,) (Rev 1:18)  (Lords Prayer Mat 6:9-16)
BUT THE CHURCH IS A RE-FIRING CAULDRON so that the Born again Christian CAN BE EFFECTIVE IN 'THE WORD' ESTABLISHING
'THY KINGDOME COME' IN THEIR SPHERE OF INFLUENCE AND TAKING BACK TERRITORY AND KINGDOME (by Biblical transformation ) AND BEING THE 'BEACON OF LIGHT' IN THE 'DARKNESS'   

"FAITH WITHOUT WORKS IS DEAD"(James 2:17)
THE CHURCH IN A BOX HAS FAILED MISERABLY TO EFFECT:
GOVERNMENT,EDUCATION,FAMILY,BUSINESS,ENTERTAINMENT & MEDIA
OUT OF THE 7 MOUNTAINS OF THE "WORLD" THE "CHURCH IN A BOX" HAS ONLY EFFECTED ITSELF!
THAT IS ALL ABOUT TO DRAMATICALLY CHANGE IN 2016 
(I believe God is raising up APOSTLES to the 7 Kingdom Mountains that are, at this stage unheard of )

As I continue on (just got carried away in the above) I parallel this with a business like a Health Centre that is
FOCUSED ON SALES and TURNOVER.
If you are Focused on SALES & TURNOVER you get a 70% DROP OUT RATE because of NO BACK UP/DISCIPLESHIP PLAN.
In the Health and Fitness Industry there is now discipleship via a multitude of Personal Trainers who can PERSONALIZE your Health and Fitness and BUILD RELATIONSHIPS with members this leads to a 90% consolidation rate
and LIFE LONG HEALTH & FITNESS ADVOCATES.
(Personally my Business Healys Health achieved this through the 12 weeks Transformational Challenges)
which is a 12 week Discipleship/training  program to consolidate and change habits and GET RESULTS)
If we do this in the Health & Fitness world why are we not doing this in the CHURCH as outreach and Kingdom building ?
The CHURCH has 'MISSED THE POINT'
in General and the micro consolidation/transformation/discipleship is MISSING IN ACTION
(in the western world church)
TO 'BE REAL' YOU HAVE TO BE PREPARED TO 'MENTOR PEOPLE' (ONE to ONE)

As Lance states the "Church in the box" has at this point only been focused Focused on :
1)Souls 
          2)The Harvest
     3)Missions
(Which in Business parallells to SALES and Marketing  and Charity )
Wheras the " Great Commission" tells us to
"DISCIPLE THE NATIONS" Mat 28:18-20
has it to say another word for nations is
KINGDOMS
and the
7 Mountains
or
Kingdoms are :

   1)Religion

2)Family

      3)Education

            4)Government

5)Media

             6)Entertainment

     7)Business 

Each of the 7 Kindomes has "Gates" or "portals" at the top where there are Governing Kings(or principalities)
RUN BY THE ELITE 3% 
To INFLUENCE & TRANSFORM Kingdoms (4 to 7), CHRISTIANS have to be near to the top 3% if not THE TOP 3% 
Biblical Example :
"Joseph Dreams of Greatness" and becomes
 PRIME MINISTER OF THE MOST POWERFUL KINDOM ON EARTH 
THIS IS THE MISSION OF THE CHURCH TODAY 2016 TO BRING "THE KINGDOM OF GOD TO THIS EARTH"
The Scripture clearly states that WE as born agian Christians are "KINGS & PRIESTS" (Rev 1:6) and our purpose is to
"BUILD THE KINGDOM" and "THY KINGDOM COME as On EARTH as it is in HEAVEN".
(Matthew 6:9-13)
It is clear that the "circle of Influence" of the KINGDOM CHRISTIAN is "OUT OF THE RELIGIOUS BOX" and "INTO THE WORLD."
as Brother Kenneth Copeland puts it in his Book:

We (as Born Again Christians)
are 'BORN TO RULE' this earth under the Convenant of Abraham through the'seed'  Jesus.
Its pretty simple when you look at it .
Satan through his system the system of Babyalon controlls most of the Worlds of Business,Government,etc. and is heading to
a ONE WORLD ORDER  as plain as the nose on your face.
and there is no 'Godly adjenda' there at all just 'power and control' and wealth to the "illuminarti" at the  top 3% 'Rulers' at top  the Kingdom mountains everybody else underneath is a DEBT SLAVE .
This OVERVIEW IS VERY APPROPIATE for 2016 in KINGDOM BUILDING
