This will be Apostles or Apostolic Ministries and friends that are Ministers in their own 'legal right' who 'choose' to 'strategically'
align themselves for a KINGDOM MISSION as prompted by the Holy Sprit .
They 'Engage' and 'disengage' depending on the 'Mission' but remain close in alliance much like a 'special ops'

military style operation .
This is NON-DENOMINATIONAL KINGDOM BUILDING 
At the 'End of the day' there is ONE BODY OF CHRIST(Whole book of Ephesians) lets EMPOWER THEM by simple Agreement on a Joint ventures or mission just as you would in a business objective except this time its GOD'S KINGDOM BUSINESS.

These Associates have been 'around' for a long time and are 'sick and tired' of the 'church in the little Box mentalities' and denominational mentalities that 'disempower' and do the 'exact opposite' of Acts 1:8 

Jesus said "GO YE not "STAGNATE THEE"

My (Graham Healy's) paraphrasing :
"Even though I am working and Living in the World ,I still have the Holy Spirit within me , the 'Holy-Spirit' bubble 'around me'

I don't have to 'bible bash' people to prove anything ,but 'carry the anointing of Christ Jesus' the Son of God within me' where-ever I go,
I DO NOT LISTEN TO MAN'S VOICE or religious 'control freaks' who do not know the 'Holy Spirit'  but
I CAREFULLY LISTEN TO THE HOLY SPIRIT 'WITHIN ME'
(the still 'Quiet voice' or 'faint impression' upon my heart)
I cross-check myself with other 'True Brothers' in Christ Jesus to make sure I'm on track , and when relating to the World or BABYALON as we
call it I SPEAK 'BABOLIAN' (within me never compromising the Principals of the Bible or the Holy Spirit) and build
RELATIONSHIPS WITH ALL MEN BASED ON INTEGRITY ,
in the meantime
I DISCIPLINE MYSELF SPIRITUALLY,MENTALLY,AND PHYSICALLY
like a Boxer ,or Martial artist or Bruce Lee, so that I can be
A GOOD EXAMPLE TO OTHERS AND LEAD THEM TO CHRIST BY EXAMPLE AND THE "LIGHT OF CHRIST IN ME" 
does the 'work' on the prompting and leading of the Holy Ghost."
